I was in the market for a mobile golf cart repair company to save having the cart hauled somewhere to be fixed. I happened across Crosstown Express online… They responded promptly and their service tech, Brice, came out within just a couple of days. He was extremely thorough and diagnosed the problem correctly. A new part had to be ordered, but soon after it arrived Brice returned, installed the new part in a flash and everything now works. Dealing with KJ and Brice has been a pleasure. And their prices are very reasonable!

Great service very knowledgeable technician. Austin shared a lot of information with me about my cart and also gave me some tips to help prevent future issues. Their rates are very reasonable and they do what they say they're going to do.

The guys did a great job replacing my leaf spring bushings. Love the fact that they come to your home and do it right there. Took them about an hour and cleaned up after they were done. Price was very reasonable.

I'll never take my golf cart "in" again! SO convenient to have them come to you. I've had Crosstown replace batteries, repair wiring issues, replace tires, replace headlights…you name it, they've done it!

Our story

Started in Wagener Terrace

After fixing several of his neighbor's golf carts in the Wagener Terrace neighborhood of Charleston back in 2015, KJ saw a need for a reliable mobile golf cart service and repair company that focused on excellent customer service. In 2019, that idea turned into a reality. Crosstown Express fixes golf carts from Folly Beach to Dewees Island and everywhere in between.
